Rage Against The Machine guitarist has announced that he has launched a brand new project to honor his late mother, activist Mary Morello.

Mary, a noted activist, passed away at the age of 102 earlier this month.

Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello has cancelled the rest of his European/UK tour dates due to his mother being in the hospital again.

He previously missed some dates earlier this month to get back home and be by her side.

"The second that you write a song that agrees with their politics, all of a sudden they're all for it."
