Bring Me the Horizon continue to slay on the fest circuit, and managed to connect with old friends BABYMETAL over the weekend to once again bring 2020 collaborative track “Kingslayer” to life onstage. The latest team-up took place this past Saturday night (June 20th) at Dessel, Belgium’s Graspop Metal Meeting festival, during Bring Me the Horizon’s headlining set at the fest’s South stage, a few hours after BABYMETAL had performed on the North stage. The two acts have managed to perform the cut live together a few times since “Kingslayer” was released on Bring Me The Horizon‘s 2020 LP Post Human: Survival Horror. As in the past BABYMETAL performed synchronized dance moves and leaned into their kawaii-metal-style vocal melodies, while BMTH’s Oli Sykes prowled and growled behind them on-stage. And then they all headbanged together during the breakdown. You can see how it all played out via the fan-shot footage up above. BMTH s onstage union with BABYMETAL follows last week s team-up between them and Lorna Shore vocalist Will Ramos. In other news, Bring Me the Horizon shared a teaser for an upcoming song called “[Dehumanized],” which will be released this Thursday (June 25th). The trailer is scored by mood-jarring symphony strings and a montage of blood-dripping scenes apparently taking place in some kind of viscera-slicked torture room. It’s accompanied by the following message: “Who will survive? And what will be left of them?” You can check out that sneak preview down below, while the band’s 20th anniversary re-recording of Count Your Blessings is out July 10th. View this post on Instagram
