The Run for Your Lives tour is coming to an end.

Iron Maiden will keep their 50th anniversary tour running into 2027, with the NWOBHM greats having just announced another slate of North American dates to the ongoing “Run For Your Lives” tour. A fresh batch of shows were announced today (October 16th), with the tour kickoff taking place April 14th at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington. The West Coast run also includes a Canadian date in Vancouver, BC, before bouncing back down south for shows in Oregon, California, Arizona and Texas. Then it hops out east for a series of shows, including headline appearances and fest slots at Sonic Temple and Boardwalk Rock. “As many of our fans know, Maiden were planning on taking a break from live performances in 2027, but we’ve been enjoying this last leg in the USA and Canada so much that we all had a chat and decided we should take the show to parts we missed, particularly the North West and South East,” bassist Steve Harris reports in a statement. “It just seems fair to our many fans there who have given us tremendous support for so many years. We can’t get everywhere but we can try! Also, we have always enjoyed playing the many great festivals that are in Europe and wanted to experience a couple more in the USA which we will do at the end of the tour in Columbus and Maryland. At festivals you are not just playing to your own fans so it’s always a challenge and we all love a challenge!” While Anthrax and Megadeth hand handled opener duties on many of Maiden’s North American appearances this year, it’ll be an all-UK bill in 2027. Appearing on all newly announced headline dates will be Bullet for My Valentine and the Raven Age. Pre-sales for the headline dates begin this Monday (October 19th) at 10 a.m. local time, while the general on-sale is next Friday (October 23rd) at 10 a.m. local. That’d be the date breakdown below.
