After announcing the name of their new Everything’s Falling album earlier in the week, hard rocking sister act the Warning have now unveiled its third single, “Ritual.” The band had previously teased the song through a series of socials posts that found the sisters Villareal (guitarist Dany, drummer Pau and bassist Ale) sporting angel wings, holding ceremonial daggers and surrounded by group of white-robed worshippers. Now, we see know the full, fantastical context of the video, as well as what “Ritual” actually sounds like. Described in a press release as exploring “the fear of losing something good and the tendency to anticipate disaster even in moments of happiness,” the song vaults from livewire fretboard runs to a deep, percussive, effects-fritzing verse groove and a stomping one-note mid-section mosh. Lyrically, the Warning are ripping their hair out while anticipating catastrophic events of unknown nature (“I see it coming”). “‘Ritual’ is about the fear of losing something good,” the sisters say in a statement. “Even when life is going well, anxiety can convince you that disaster is right around the corner. It’s about getting trapped in those thoughts and letting them keep you from actually living in the moment.” The full details have yet to arrive behind Everything’s Falling, but it’s confirmed to include “Ritual” and previously released singles “Kerosene” and “Ego.” The collection is said to reflect on the growth the Villareals have experienced on and offstage since the release of 2024’s Keep Me Fed. “At its core, it’s about accepting that life can be messy and unpredictable,” they add. “Things fall apart, plans change, and sometimes you lose your footing. But those moments can teach you the most about yourself, and they’re often what make you stronger in the end.” Everything’s Falling sees release August 28th through Lava/Republic Records. Colored vinyl and CD copies the band’s fifth full-length are up for pre-order now in Revolver’s shop. The Warning close their current North American tour with Yungblud tomorrow (June 13th) at Atlanta, Georgia’s Synovus Bank Amphitheater at Chastain Park. They have a series of European fest appearances booked through the summer before showing up at Louisville, Kentucky’s Louder Than Life event in September. Everything’s falling into place for the Warning. After serving up their scorching “Kerosene” in March and the boom-heavy “Ego” in May, the sisters Villareal have now confirmed that their fifth album arrives in full this summer. Dubbed Everything’s Falling, it sees release August 28th through Lava/Republic Records. Details are still developing behind the release, but the Warning have spent the past week teasing the release through a countdown website, which initially pictured a pair of flame-charred angel wings and an email sign-up. Add to this, the band began promoting their next single, “Ritual,” through a series of teasers on socials, which find guitarist Dany, drummer Pau and bassist Ale donning their own feathers, as well as brandishing some kind of ceremonial dagger. It also seemingly stars a group of masked occultists and a pale white horse. The “Ritual” video is rated “R,” per one of their posts, and features “strong sequences of ritual and transformation, of a symbolic death.” The single officially touches down this Friday (June 12th). Though we’re waiting for rest of the info, colored vinyl and CD copies of Everything’s Falling — the band’s first LP since 2024’s Keep Me Fed — are up for pre-order now in Revolver’s shop. After burning it up with their “Kerosene” single in March, hard rock sister trio the Warning have delivered a spicy, scream-hammered follow-up in the form of their latest track, “EGO.” The song — the Warning’s third of the year following “Kerosene” and their “Love to be Loved” team up with Carín León — is sung entirely in Spanish, and press materials describe it as “a bold statement of self-possession and resilience.” Above staccato, effects-warped guitars and a smooth-but-stomping rhythm, it finds the Monterrey, Mexico, outfit fighting negativity, “refusing to let outside judgment or other people’s insecurities dictate their identity, choices, or success.” By mid-track, they’re screaming heavy through the fight. The black-and-white vid — which you’ll find up above — finds Dany, Pau and Ale Villarreal either rocking the tune or staring down the paparazzi. “This music video is all about reclaiming your power, embracing confidence, and standing tall in your identity… even when the world is watching,” the group shared in a joint statement. “It’s always so special for us to release music in our first language, Spanish, and we hope you love this song and video as much as we do.” “EGO” is out now through Lava/Republic Records.
