If something needs to be off the site quickly (a story we shouldn't have run, an image we shouldn't be caching, a privacy concern, a credential leak), please put Takedown, Privacy, or Security at the start of your subject line.

For everything else there is no protocol: bug reports, sources we should be reading, partnership notes, complaints, kind words. Just write.

If you don't hear back inside a fortnight, please send it again. Email rarely gets lost, though our spam filter is not infallible. We never auto-reply through a bot, and we do not sell or share your address.

One thing we cannot help with: ticket purchases. duudey only lists events and links to the seller. If a refund, transfer, or seating issue has come up, that is between you and the seller on the event card.
